Yes, that’s right. We have made CIP’s Annual Awards for our customers to say “Thank you” and that’s official. We have been giving out awards to our customers whose sales grew significantly in comparison to the past year and to our new customers who have shown impressive 1st year : Most Impressive Company and World’s Best New Customer.
We have been giving awards out to our customers but it wasn’t formally set. First, we thought “let’s do this every other year” but when we saw how much our customers enjoyed receiving these awards, we had to do it every year!! It’s win/win situation where our customers were happy to receive awards and we wanted to show we really appreciate our customers’ hard work.
Of course there is Points Program to make sure customers can take advantage of discount on accumulated sales amount with us and some free ground shipping benefits but we wanted to give something more visible. Besides, we are in Awards Industry!!
Of course these awards are CIP Crystal Awards with your company name etched to the piece. We are thinking about designing special pieces for these awards but that is not decided yet.
